I'm a new mom. I'm trying to find the balance of motherhood and my new identity. I'm looking for support navigating all of the changes that come with the postpartum phase and caring for a new baby.

Often people come to me for therapy because they are looking for alternative approaches to talk therapy. Body-Centered or Bottom Up approaches to therapy like EMDR and IFS can help integrate our logical minds with our subconscious minds to create lasting change.
